The Ku Klux Klan is described as a uniquely American terrorist group whose activities included arson, castration, rape, murder and pillage. The film shows secret weapon training camps, interviews with Klan leaders, and with members of the black community who have been attacked by the Klan. We actually see members of the Klan shooting black people dead in the street, and they are not convicted for it.

The imagery and film quality may not be to modern standards but is useful for historical use.
