Description
Two children are sexually abused. A complaint to the police starts a train of events – the intervention of the social services. medical examinations. investigations – which culminate three years later in the collapse of a crown court trial. The events are narrated by one of the children, her mother, a police officer, paediatricians and therapists involved, with additional comments from a child psychologist, a social worker, a sexual crime consultant and a representative of the Crown Prosecution Service.
