Description
In the programme, three of Britain’s top businessmen would authorise payment of a million-dollar bribe to the ruler of a foreign state to secure a major contract there. Senior public figures refuse to censor them, leading to a commission of enquiry, members of which conclude that if the deal was legal, was part of the custom and practice of the country concerned and secured business for Britain they would not necessarily condemn it.
