Shows a small group in Westminster for people with learning disability, one of the projects run by Westminster Joint Services. The focus is on five elderly people who share the home, and on the opportunities created by the move froma large hospital to a more independent living environment, in a flat supported by staff from Joint Services. It shows how effective liason between statutary agencies and the voluntary sector can produce high standards of care and support.

The imagery and film quality may not be to modern standards but is useful for historical use.
