An entertaining fable about Queen Ella who became a working mother trying to bring up her children according to principles of equality, but she has a few adventures on the way as she seeks answers to the problems of work, life and care. This thought provoking cartoon uses themes from traditional stories to raise awareness and stimulate discussion about a range of issues including part-time working eldercare, parental leave, respite breaks, teleworking and various positive approaches to flexible employment.
