Could they be curbed by law – and should they be? This 1980’s film is from a six part investigation into the relationship between trade unions and the law. The programmes take the format of a Commission of Inquiry, with evidence being taken from a wide range of expert witnesses: politicians, businessmen, academics and leading trade unionists.
