Description

A film in three sections, for helping people understand the issues involved in community work. In the first part, directive and non-directive roles are discussed and in the role-play about the involvement or otherwise of black people on a committee. One person acts as “gatekeeper” and clarifies the issues. In the second part values in community work are brought out in a role-play and the third section long-term support of a group is lllustrated by a discussion about forming of a youth group. Each role-pplay is discussed afterwards.
