Looks at housing conditions in Belfast. A new estate at Poleglass revives old fears and the Protestant local council refuses to carry out its statutory duties as it doesn’t want a second catholic housing estate pushed on it. In the 1950’s and early’60’s mixed housing was started but the subsequent violence led to house burning on the mixed estates, and Catholics and Protestants fled back to thir own areas. Community workers and councillors talk about the problem.
