Description
A sex education film which traced physical development from infancy through childhood and adolescence into adulthood. It also attempts to describe some of the physiological and personality changes which mark the onset of sexual maturity at puberty. It therefore includes a brief description of masturbation in boys and girls, and sexual intercourse is shown. The film is an attempt to be honest and open about the subject and to dispel feelings of guilt and anxiety which are very common. No mention is made of sexually transmitted diseases, but a responsible attitude towards the use of contraceptives is urged. It was recommended that teachers should see the film themselves before using it with a class.
