A sensitive portrayal of children’s development through art illustrated in play, fantasy and art work. It focuses entirely on children and captures their energy, vitality and the richness of their world as portrayed in drawings and paintings. It stresses art is a visual language and for children an important means of communication. The film hopes to attract and instill an interest in children’s art among people involved with children.

The imagery and film quality may not be to modern standards but is useful for historical use.
