The role of the social workers in child care. We see a London family with a boy of nearly four and a girl of nearly three. The parents desperately want to keep the children, but cannot cope with them, and are constantly on the point of injuring them. The children are in and out of care. The case illustrates how hard it is for social workers to make the right decisions.
