A day nursery in Exeter which is pioneering new methods of child care, including continuity of care, individual case assignment, close personal ties between staff and young children, preparation for transitions, good staffing ratios and time for staff to think and talk about their work. Preventative and remedial work is combined with education and recreation for both children and parents.
The imagery and film quality may not be to modern standards but is useful for historical use.
