Description

A day in the life of Paddy Widdall, a woman of 53, shows what courage, determination and a sense of humour can do for those with Parkinson’s disease. At times Paddy dreams that she does not have Parkinson’s, and is often depressed when she wakes up and finds it still with her. Her own resillience, however, and the help of the Parkinson’s Disease Society, enable her to conquer many of her problems. The various aims and objectives of the society come across in a graphic way, illustrating the comradeship, the assistance, the information and the all-round support of the Society as well as its medical research programme.
