Description
Members of Rochdale and District MIND discuss the realities of coping with mental health difficulties and returning to the world of work. There are also contributions from a welfare officer, an equal opportunities officer and a personnel officer. It is designed as a training aid for people concerned with employment or with a responsibility for equal opportunities policy and practice. It may also be used by local mental health groups who want to change employers’ attitudes to people who have experienced mental health problems.
