Description
The problem of habitual drunkenness, and how it is dealt with in Leeds, where there is a detoxification unit. People picked up by the police are taken here instead of being locked up, and there is some hope of recovery. Now the government is withdrawing funding for the unit. Individuals tell their stories of how they came to be alcoholics on the streets, and how they see their future.
