Description
Presents issues in the nuclear arms race (including launch on warning and first strike weapons) and outlines proposals of the Alternative Defence Commission. Also presents various non-violent responses of Christians and deals with the question of civil disobedience as a form of protest. Included in the film are Mary Kaldor, Bruce Kent, Paul Rogers, The Bishop of Woolwich and Paul Oestreicher.
Although made some years ago the issues raised are still current. Picture quality at start is not very good.
