This programme was made by a group of women volunteers, of varying background and sexual orientation, ‘Women’s Action on Aids’. The aim is to raise issues about safer sex for women in a way which will enable women watching to discuss their own fears, experiences and successes about safer sex more easily.
Made in 1990 this film reflects the cultural attitudes, medical procedures and language of the time it was made. The imagery and film quality may not be to modern standards. But the issues raised are timeless.
