Dr. Sarah Eagger, a medical doctor and psychiatric registrar in London who finds meditation helps her in her job and her attitude to her patients in a practical way: Mark Hooper, musician and music teacher, a vegetarian who finds a link between meditation and the idea of not harming other creatures; Don Fulcher, who runs his own insurance business in the Midlands, finds it gives him a clearer understanding of self and mind/matter relationship, and Sister Jayanti, teacher of Raja Yoga for 17 years. Medituation provides a possible solution to an increasingly peaceless world.
