Aimed at undergraduate medical students and other doctors in training, the video attempts to explain problems they will encounter and how to deal with them, how to survive stress-provoking episodes, and why repetitive tasks are important in the care of patients. The importance of clear verbal communication with patients and relatives is highlighted, and some practical guidelines are given about breaking bad news and dealing with difficult people and situations.
