Description

A heart attack is a major illness and inevitably the patient suffers depression and loss of confidence. This animated film takes him or her through the stages of recovery from intensive care and early days at home on to increasing activity and going back to work.

Honest answers are given to questions which are often asked about further heart attack. The special problems of wmen are discussed to men. Heart attacks place great strain on all the family and emphasised that tensions should be resolved without the patient being over-protected. Differences in the lifestyle which many sufferers are leadin prior to illness and that which they should try to adopt afters are vividly illustrated. Narrated by Cameron (Andrew Cruickshank).
