Made by Women in Manual Trades group, this programme show thes problems, both physical and psychological, which have to be overcome when a woman decides that she would like to be a skilled worker in the building trades. A plumber, carpenter, and a bricklayer tell about how they suceeded in their jobs.

The imagery and film quality may not be to modern standards but is useful for historical use.
