Description
The anger and despair of many young people faced with unemployment finds expression in pop groups in Birmingham have become known nationally, and two of these, The Beat and UB40, give a free concert in the city for thousands of young people. There are also interviews with many who despair of finding work, and instead wish to destroy the system totally. Some even sympathise with rioting.
The imagery and film quality may not be to modern standards but is useful for historical use.
