Description
Five women with different disabilities (brittle bones, deafness, cerebral palsy, polio and blindness) and two of their husbands (also disabled) talk about their experiences and how they have coped with any problems, which often stem more from other people’s attitudes than from their own disability. A very positive view of the reality of parenting. For women and men with disabilities.
Made in 1985 this film reflects the cultural attitudes of the country and language of the time it was made. The issues raised are timeless. The film quality may not be to modern standards.
