Description
Made at Tresco Bay, Porthcawl, South Wales during the miners annual fortnights holiday in the summer on 1984. Miners and their families talk about the General Election, the Falklands war, and the rundown of the pits in South Wales. It reveals a lot about the underlying issues of the miners dispute, but without a pit, a picket line or a piece of coal in sight.
