This short film made at Michael Sobell House, Mount Vernon Hospital, Northwood seeks to demonstrate the value of Day Care facilities for patients suffering from advanced malignant disease. A Day Centre is shown as a simple and economic way of providing service which will enable more patients to be nursed at home, avoiding the necessity of hospital admission.
