A recording of a one hour class teaching Hatha Yoga to a group of people aged over 60. Stella has been teaching these specially adapted exercises for over 60 years. They cover parts of the body such as head movements, turning, stretching, shoulders, arms, wrist, fingers, knees, back and waist. Some of the exercises are done sitting in a chair and others standing up and using the chair for balance. Viewing this film and following the instructions is an excellent way to practice Hatha Yoga on your own.
The pace is slow and flowing, and very easy to follow. The teacher herself is in her 90s.
