This programme provides training for healthcare staff in ways of handling confrontation and violence. Scenes involve patients, their relatives, their friends and other staff members. Incidents portrayed range from a patient with extreme post-anaesthetic reaction, through a fight in an accident and emergency department, to a staff/patient confrontation.
