Description
Denmark produces 10 million pigs a year, a large proportion of which are exported to Britain. This report on a well organised pig factor shows what a terrible price is paid by animals unfortunate enough to be born as pigs in order that we can have bacon for breakfast. There is no deliberate cruelty but it is a terrible life all the same. Strangely enough, although considered an agricultural country, Denmark has to import more produce than it exports. This is because of the factory farming of animals.
Danish with English subtitles.
