Description

This film was made in Sweden during an instructor training course. It was written and directed by James McMillan MBE. President Emeritus of AST and originator of the method. It demonstrates the “10 point programme” on which the method is based and shows how without floatation aids disabled swimmers to learn to find and control their balance in water; and ultimately to swim.

The imagery and film quality may not be to modern standards but is useful for historical use.
