Description
In this section solid feeding begins on the recommendation of the Health Visitor whom we saw visiting the family in Part 1. The relationship between Felix and his mother in the feeding situation changes dramatically as the previously shared good experience becomes a battle ground. The mother experiences severe depression. We see Felix coping with this and with frustration, aggression and anger, also with curiosity and the development of play and fantasy. His progression in manual dexterity, physical mobility and other physical developments such as teething are shown.
