Designed to provide a starting point for discussion, the film looks at the experiences and ideas of people who have had to cope with too much pressure in their work. Those interviewed include a catering manager, secretary, bus mechanic, airline ticket clerk, social worker and shop steward. Other interviews give the reaction and views on the problem from management, union and health and safety perspectives.
Made in 1985 this film reflects the cultural attitudes and language of the time it was made. The issues raised are timeless. The film quality may not be to modern standards.
