Description
The film looks at the growing demands for their rights by teenagers who are in residential care. The young people want reforms to make their life less restricted, so they can enjoy the kind of freedom that teenagers living within a family take for granted. In Holland there is a Union for such children and some of the organisers discuss their ideas with a group of British children and with the President of the Association of Directors of Social Services.
This film is of historical interest but the issues raised are still current.
