Description
The film crew of the British Series World in Action found film footage of atrocities taken inside Uganda during the period, interviewed surviors and a former member of the Amin government’s State Research Bureau. The film shows memoranda found in the president’s house, ordering the execution of his opponents bloodstained courtyards and cells where hundreds of prisoners awaited death.
This film made in 1980 reflects the cultural attitudes and language of the time it was made.
