Description
Shows how a group of mothers worried by the nuclear threat, organise themselves to take action and alert others to the dangers of nuclear weapons. Songs, protests and theatre help to create solidarity and empowerment. What emerges is the strong sense that participating in this has leg those involved out of isolation and given a sense of confidence and commitment.
The imagery and film quality may not be to modern standards but is useful for historical use.
