Description
Using role play, Malcolm Brown describes how a social worker deals, unsuccessfully and then successfully with the behaviour of an openly aggressive patient in hospital and a silently aggressive teenager. His approach invites the viewer to discuss examples of practice and offers guidelines to handling difficult situations. Amusing as well as instructive.
