Description
People usually feel uncomfortable and perhaps guilty or embarrassed when attending a GUM clinic. The first part of the video shows, through acted scenarios, how bad practice, prejudice and discrimination affect the way clients feel about the services. The second part shows, in contrast, examples of good practice and a responsive, client-led approach.
