This documentary investigates the methods used by a number of teachers at Brickwell School, Northiam in Kent, in coping with children with dyslexia. It includes sequences in the classroom, craft areas, swimming and drama and a detailed interview with an experienced teacher of dyslexic children.
Made in 1980 this film reflects the cultural attitudes and language of the time it was made. The imagery and film quality may not be to modern standards. But the issues raised are timeless.
