Description
Counselling skills: in an unscripted role-play a key worker discusses a work issue with his manager. In the first session the manager does not use counselling or communication skills, in the second one she does. There is an opportunity to make your own analysis of what happens, and the sessions are striped with a time-code to help you in this process. The sessions are then repeated with a commentary which points out the strengths and weaknesses of the two approaches.
