A series of twenty-one short sequences of potentially violent situations based on real incidents shot from the point of view of staff coming on to the scene. Designed to act as triggers to role play and/or discussions. Covers difficulties likely to be encountered in probation, residential and day care institutions, the street, domestic environments, and reception areas in government departments.

A set of teaching notes is supplied with the tape. Audience: staff who may have to confront potentially violent situations in their dealings with clients or the general public.
