Designed to act as triggers to role play and/or discussions. Covers difficulties likely to be encountered in probation, residential and day care institutions, the street, domestic environments, and reception areas in government departments.

A set of teaching notes is supplied with the tape. Audience: staff who may have to confront potentially violent situations in their dealings with clients or the general public.
