Tenants in Springburn, Glasgow, discuss the problems of living in a system-built scheme: bad health, dampness, asbestos, vandalism and long-term decay. Glasgow District Council and tenants’ representatives consider the options for a solution. Since the film was completed, all the tenants have been moved out while the council considers demolition.
