Description

Two young English people from very different backgrounds, a Scot and a Swedish girl, talk about their lives. A wide range of attitudes and feelings are presented. A common theme exists is that of approaching adulthood. Differing childhood and attitudes to parents can substantially influence self-perception which in its turn affects how the future is perceived. Part of a series of programmes by Malcolm Brown, who made the Talking About..’ series. For teaching and learning purposes, the human life span is divided into 12 linked stages, from the pre-school child to the very old.
