Description
The story of two generations of black workers in the British mining industry, living and working in Doncaster, Leeds and Nottingham. Black workers have moved up from the bottom to most mining jobs, but they find more discrimination outside the pits. They talk about how they see themselves in relation to other miners in England, and to the Black South African miners. Made by Social Film and Video Ltd, an independent black production company.
