AIDS is hard to get. To get the virus in your blood stream, you have to put it there by sharing needles or by having sex with someone who has the virus. This pioneering film, hosted by actress Rae Dawn Chong, tells young people what they need to know to avoid getting this deadly disease. It describes what AIDS is, how it can and cannot be transmitted, and provides aeer support for modifying at-risk behaviour. It also promotes understanding of those who are infected with the AIDS virus.
