Description
The film consists of three edited discussions. The first is between eight boys between the age of nine and nineteen who talk about their experiences of one parent families. The second is a conversation between six mothers and their sons and the final section records the views of three women who continued with pregnancies knowing that the fathers would not be involved with the children.
Made in 1984 this film reflects the cultural attitudes of the country and language of the time it was made. The issues raised are timeless. The film quality may not be to modern standards.
