Description
Three separate cases for medical training. Hypomania: a middle-aged man who doesnt recognise that he has any problem, Porphyria: an unusual case of a young women with many physical symptoms: weakness, vomiting depression etc. and Parkinsons disease and depression: a diagnostic interview with an older man with severe depression, who had previously taken an overdose. Multiple losses in his life as he becomes old and ill mixed with feelings of guilt are brought out. The programme ends with a discussion between two doctors on the best way to treat the patient.
