Description

Made at New Fosseway School for children with severe learning disabilities in Bristol, the film shows 15-year-olds and six-year-olds taking movement classes with Veronica Sherborne. Progress in physical and mental development is shown from the older to younger children, and also how children can develop greater awareness and control of their bodies, and increase their capacity to make relationships through activities which are much enjoyed as well as beneficial.
The content is presented so that teachers and others can make use of the materials.

Veronica Sherborne’s first two films ‘In Touch’ and ‘Explorations’ have been widely used in Britain and abroad.
