Description

This programme is about giving up smoking. It looks at why people smoke, why they want to stop and how they handle the problems of giving up. It could be used on its own by someone trying to give up smoking, or as part of a discussion group, or as a key resource in smoking cessation clinics.
Five people describe how they gave up smoking over a period of three months, with two of them being guided by a smoking counsellor.

The imagery and film quality may not be to modern standards but is useful for historical use.
